For example, if data which will provided to algorithm is bias against a particular race or gender, the algorithm makes decision more bias which lead to unfair treatment of certain groups.

Privacy is another concern in this technology. As more and more data will be collected and analysed, there may be the possibility that data will be misused or mishandled. Which led to data breaches, lot of information will be leaked. The person who breaches the data will manipulate individuals or groups.
